All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping time is 4-8 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Happy Feeds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at geor77130@gmail.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
